Do you believe that your USB drive is defective?  If so, try these two simple fixes which resolve more than half of all technical support issues.

  1. Try using the USB drive with another computer.  If it functions properly on another computer then the USB drive is not defective.  Consult your computer manufacturer or your support team for more information.
     

  2. Reformat the USB drive.  Note that reformatting the USB drive will erase ALL data and files on the drive.  To reformat, insert the drive into the USB port.  Go to "My Computer" and Right-Click on the drive icon under Removable Storage.  Click on Format.  Click Start.  Now try using your USB drive and see if it functions properly.

If neither of the above resolved your issue and you believe you have a defective USB drive please send it to our support team.  We will either repair or replace it free of charge within 5 working days of receipt.  Send your defective drive along with your name, return address, phone number, and a description of the issue to:
